Who we are
We are an investment company specialising in the IT/technology and life science sectors.
As entrepreneur, HW Partners invests time, capital and effort in small- to mid-cap companies with a high growth potential. We focus on megatrends, think about the future and combine strategic thinking with operational action.
Our activities aim at increasing the value of companies on a long-term basis. HW Partners supports its portfolio companies by providing methodically structured entrepreneurial know-how. To achieve this goal, individual partners are appointed as operational executives of portfolio companies.
HW Partners' board members and partners have a long track record as founders, executives and board members of a major German IT company. So, together with our experienced staff, we provide our portfolio companies not only with fresh capital, but with management know-how as well.
Our investment strategy focuses on market-tested businesses with a high potential for mid- to long-term growth. We participate with our own investment capital, as well as on behalf of co-investors who wish to share the success of the portfolio company. We see ourselves as a partner for both parties: the companies we provide with capital and know-how, as well as the investors who make investments with us.
