Cloud business software
Scopevisio AG is a 100% subsidiary of HW-Partners AG and probably our most exciting consultancy project in the IT sector. It is "exciting" because Scopevisio AG is entering entirely new territory in the software development and provision field: Scopevisio develops SaaS (software as a service) business software which is made available and maintained online via the Internet. Thanks to Cloud technology, users benefit from low energy costs, convenient applications, high scalability and mobile access.
Scopevisio's range of products includes accounting software, CRM software, project management software and an invoicing program. The individual modules are available in the form of compact and reasonably priced business applications for company founders, freelancers, small businesses, artisans/craftsmen and associations as well as for medium-sized enterprises.
The heart of the Scopevisio portfolio is a multi-functional accounting software which is regularly certified by PricewaterhouseCoopers. More recently, Scopevisio has been providing a full beginners' version of their cash-basis accounting program free of charge.
The online accounting software can be upgraded to meet the user’s needs by adding an invoice receipt book with OCR, a cash journal as well as an online banking application. This can be used on a PC or on any Apple computer as accounting software for Macintosh. Furthermore, the online accounting software can be upgraded with a useful invoicing program which allows the easy and convenient generation and administration of quotations, orders and invoices.
Before the end of the year, further features such as asset accounting software and payroll accounting software will be added to the existing product range. Both the CRM and the project management software will be launched on the market in 2011.
